Parents and Supporters:

• We have 35 Prizes this year!
• You will receive a raffle a calendar and a sheet of tickets, tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10.
• Calendar sales are due by May 10th for priority raffle drawings beginning May 11th.
• Buyers will fill out the information of the raffle ticket.
• Calendars can be purchased by Cash or Check made out to Suncook Little League. Or Venmo to @MattPetersons
• Checks may be made out to “Suncook Little League”
• Players will return the tickets along with the corresponding cash/checks to their coaches.
• Coaches will turn the tickets/cash/checks into the Canteen or any member of the Suncook Little League board.
• Any calendar entry purchase made into Venmo will be collected and entry tickets will be made by a SLL Board member. Players don't need to mark sales of Venmo on their sheets.
• Names will be drawn and prizes will be awarded starting on May 11th.
• Winners will be called and their names will be posted on this site with their prize.
• If there is any question or suspicion of misconduct on your or your player’s part in this raffle, it will be investigated by the board.
• This year our goals for fundraising are replacing the sound system at Major Field, a season-long effort to improve Point Field, and extending the basepaths at Major field in addition to replacing old equipment and gear and regular field improvements.
• To help incentivize sales, the top selling player will win tickets to an upcoming NH FisherCats Game and the top selling team get a Lang's Ice Party!

For Prize Winners

• All prizes must be accepted in person by the winner by June 15th.
• We cannot provide a prize to a proxy without clear and written permission to do so (a text will suffice).
• Any prizes that go unclaimed will become property of Suncook Little League and will be used for Little League related purposes or future raffles.
• Some prizes have expiration dates. Prizes with expiration dates must be used before those dates. Failure to use a prize before its expiration date is not the responsibility of Suncook Little League.
• Entering a raffle is a game of chance. Not all people who enter will win.
• Suncook Little League board members and their families ARE permitted to win.
• Prizes are subject to change.
